Exchange and Return Policy

Alessandra Semeoni values excellence, sophistication, and complete customer satisfaction. To ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience, we have developed our Exchange and Return Policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Federal Law No. 8.078/1990).

Please read the conditions below carefully.

Return or Exchange Request

To request the return or exchange of a piece of jewelry, it is necessary to contact Customer Service through the channels available on our website, informing the reason for the request in accordance with the conditions described in this policy.

The request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the jewelry.

The item must be returned:

• In its original packaging

• With all accessories

• Accompanied by the Invoice

After receiving the jewelry at our center, the analysis period is up to 10 (ten) business days.

The cost of return shipping is fully covered by Alessandra Semeoni. The customer will receive a postage code by email, which must be presented at a Correios (Brazilian Post Office) agency.

If a refund is necessary, the amount will be refunded by the credit card operator or, if preferred, a credit voucher can be issued for use in our store.

1. Exchange

We do not exchange jewelry made to order or personalized, such as rings in specific sizes.

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Jewelry with signs of use

• Damaged items

• Requests made beyond 10 calendar days after receipt

Exchanges can also be made at one of our physical stores, within the established period, upon prior request to Customer Service.

2. Withdrawal due to Regret

According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer can exercise the right of regret within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the jewelry, with a full refund of the amount paid.

The refund will be requested from the credit card operator only after:

• The jewelry is received at our center

• Approval of the quality analysis, which may take up to 10 business days

3. Defect or Damage

If the jewelry has a manufacturing defect or damage, the customer must request an exchange following the procedures described in this policy.

Requests will not be accepted for:

• Items with signs of use

• Beyond the 10-calendar-day period

After analysis, within 10 business days, the customer may choose one of the following solutions:

1. Repair of the jewelry by our technical team

2. Dispatch of a new and identical item

3. Issuance of a voucher for the purchase amount (in case of immediate unavailability)

4. Refund of the amount paid

5. Production of a new identical piece of jewelry (up to 45 days for posting, when applicable)

The physical store Alessandra Semeoni is not authorized to receive returns for defective items purchased online. In these cases, service will be provided exclusively by our central office.

4. Gift Exchange

To exchange a gift, please contact our Customer Service, providing the Invoice number.

Conditions:

• Request within 10 calendar days after receipt

• Exchange for an item of the same value or higher value (upon payment of the difference)

• No refund if the new product has a lower value

• We do not exchange personalized or custom-made items

The gift must be returned for analysis. After approval, a voucher will be issued for a new purchase. Shipping for the new delivery will be charged as usual.

Delivery Service

We offer shipping via SEDEX, through a contract with Correios (Brazilian Post Office), ensuring security and speed.

The shipping cost is calculated according to the delivery ZIP code and the weight of the jewelry, and can be consulted before finalizing the order.

The delivery period starts from the dispatch of the tracking code. We guarantee delivery within the informed period, except in cases of:

• Correios strike

• Incorrect or non-existent address
